i am a customer of Idea Cellular . i had done a recharge of 599/- for 5 gb 3g ... but i m not gating the speed of 3g ..and they are also saying i have done a recharge of Rs 13/- for 65 mb 2g which i have not done . and they have cancelled my 3 gb, , , 3g data... for the recharge of 13 rs which i have not done. and i m really irritated from them they are just transferring the calls to each other and no solution.. can any one help in this ..i want to file a compliant agnest idea cellular..
