[Resolved] Idea Cellular — not given offer as told on ivr/121

I have been told on ivr that if you recharge with rs 40 full talktime will be given and your outstanding rs 8 also no more liable to you but not given by idea.
I called cc to help they replied please ignor
The offer which was told in ivr. No such offer can be available... As per his knowlege.
Hence i have to complain. Should i start to ignor offers witch is provided to help customer??? Ignor. Why not i also ignor to recharge??? Or to change the sim???

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

As per recent communication, we have informed you that in RC 40, you get talktime of Rs.30.90/- also we have credited the talktime benefits as per offer available for your mentioned number. Also, we have passed waiver of Rs.6/- as on 30/06/18. For further clarification, kindly get back to us on 198 or 12345.
