[Resolved] Idea Cellular — not helping me to change my postpaid connection to prepaid

I have requested to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid. I am living in mandaleshwar mp. Here, there is no idea store, i request you to change my connection on phone but no one is giving me support and i am getting rs700 bill every month.

This is very disappointing if idea is not supporting me, i will stop my payment and go to consumer court.
