Idea Cellular — Not migrate postpaid to prepaid for above 3 days

I applied for postpaid to prepaid connection. On 4th Apr. Your employees said that because bill pendig issue no connection transfer from postpaid to prepaid. I paid total outstanding bill on 6th April And on 11th April the postpaid sin range gone but till date no prepaid SIM connection range shown. And your employees are not reply properly. My business is stop because of mobile no.so plz start my prepaid idea no. [protected]
