Idea Cellular — not receiving calls

Today i noticed that i'm not receiving any miscall alerts or the phone is not ringing when my friends are calling me(there is full range). i tried rebooting the phone and it started working but i wonder how many calls i missed during this period.

This is really strange and not acceptable!!!
