[Resolved] Idea Cellular — not receiving incoming messages

I lost my sim card recently so i went to the idea store nearby and got a new sim outgoing and incoming calls were ok but the problem is that i am not receiving any messages and i was unable to send any messages from that sim you everyday i will have a lot of bank transactions going on and i need otp for everything please resolve issue as soon as possible
