I am not able to send SMS from my mobile, and have been complaining to customer care for a few weeks now. Everytime I call, they give me solutions I cannot test until the call is completed. After the call when I follow the solution steps provided, it gets me no where. Then they claimed there was a technical fault at their end in my area, which they said resolved the problem. When I called today, they said they will leave a feedback. But they don't seem to be rectifying the problem.
Impact on a daily usage, mobile number confirmation for various services, where SMS is to be sent from mobile, is inaccessible. The main pain point is reactivating UPI services.
Having gone in circles with the customer care, I wanted to PORT my network to another service provider, but even for that I am required to send SMS, which doesn't work on my mobile.
I have used another sim card on my mobile and confirmed the mobile is not faulty. Was this information helpful? |
