[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Number is barred and wrong VAS activated

Idea is known for valuing customer but it's been felt sadden that pathetic management ruined the brand.untechnician people not able to resolve my issue related to [protected].
Decreased my phone credit limit to 0. For what don't know.activated RBT fooling us by stating that it's free for an yr.

Not able to unbar my number since last 6days.

Even after 6days they begging to keep patience and let them find the solution.

We would request you to send an SMS START 0 to 1909 to activate DND service and the same shall be activated within 7 days .You may also call 1909 and select your DND preferences on the IVR. For further assistance, kindly contact to Idea customer care helpline.
