Idea Cellular — One juice up service is activated

I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated 17th jun 2017 from web for my no. [protected]. For this it took 150rs. Charges per month. After calling to customer care i am not satisfied with his response and if you use any service then it will be chargable. As i stated that i haven't used any service or download anything named juiceup services is activated without my knowledge. I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used so please deactivate and refund my valuable money. Waiting for your prompt reply

Updated by AbhijitShahane Now I got call from number - [protected] saying Deepak Agrawal (employee ID[protected] calling from Consumer department asked to share the Card details to get the refund. When asked to check the details about him, he got angry & changed the speaking tone. I think he is fraud. So pls take action against such people.
