I have already raised a complaint a month ago to customer care regarding unauthorised deductions of ₹5/- on receiving call from random numbers starting 815... But to no avail. Without consent of customer, company has been calling repeatedly on daily basis. Once you pickup the call you end up getting a sms stating ₹5/- has been deducted owing to sports download from one97 which i haven’t opted or subscribed till date. Customer care gave me a number to dial 545454 to deactivate but again to no avail. Kindly stop this nuisance and loot with immediate effect. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)
