[Resolved] Idea Cellular — online bill payment | |||
I paid the idea monthly bill online using SBI internet banking facility. My bank account got debited, but I did not receive any response from Idea. I raised the issue with both the bank and merchant. My SBI statement clearly indicates the transaction details with the IDEA CELLULAR name, transaction reference number, date and amount. Also when I raised the issue with the bank, they informed me "It has been observed that transaction id has been successfully processed to your respective merchant and till date we have not received any reversal for the same." When I raise this with IDEA, they keep on saying that they did not receive the payment. I have raised this with IDEA appellate authority. Suppose if the issue does not get resolved, what should a customer do? Should I raise this with the banking ombudsman or should I raise this with the consumer forum?
