[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — online mobile data recharge failure

On 26/10/2017 i recharged my mobile 3g data for rd.46/- reference no. Jsbi[protected] for which i am supposed to receive 1gb data for 28 days as per sms information, but same was not activated by idea service provider. Since it was not activated, again on the same day i recharged for a sum of rs.249/- reference no. Jsbi[protected] for which i am supposed to receive 4 gb data for 28 days as per sms information, but same has also not been activated. Please activate the recharged data immediately and confirm me by sms. Other wise the amount totalling to rs.295/- may be refunded to my account.

On 26/10/2017 i recharged my mobile data for ₹46/- through online idea celluarportal (Reference no. Jsbi [protected]) which was supposedly for 28 days as per the offer give by idea cellular phone. But i have not received the benefit. Therefore, soon on the same day i again recharged for ₹249/- through online idea celluar portal (Reference no. Jsbi [protected]) which was also supposedly for 28 days as per the offer give by idea cellular phone. But it is very strange to express that the recharged data have not been activated till date by the idea cellular company. Whereas, the benefit should have been given on the same day. There is some serious lapse on the part of idea cellular company. Based on my complaint, i received a phone call from the customer care today evening (Dated 03/11/2017) asking me to send a"screen shot" of the recharged page for registering the complaint.

In this connection i am to state that, idea celluar portal does not have path to get back to the relevant screen page after recharge. As such, i am unable to view that page to take screen shot. However, customer care can certainly view the recharge done by me. There is no need to ask for screen shot from me.

Therefore, i request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and see that either recharge made by me is activated and benefit is given to me or the amount is refunded to my bank account immediately please.
