Idea Cellular — Online payment of failed transaction not refunded | |||
I had done online internet data recharge of Rs. 645 through Idea Cellular Website on 09th July 2015 at 05:37:25 pm. My transaction reference Number is: IG0HVYOE5. Immediately after completion of bank transaction I seen message on Idea Cellular Website that your transaction was not completed. I therefore had done another transaction of online internet data recharge of Rs.445 which was successful and I received online receipt of the same. But when I inquired in my bank account the amount of both the transactions was deducted from my saving account. That is the amount of Rs.645 which was shown failed transaction must be refunded by Idea Cellular. I immediately called Idea customer service to refund the amount (i.e. Rs.645/-) of my failed transaction. But they not only refused to refund my money of the service which they not at all provided but also not given me 3GB data credit for which I have paid Rs.645 to them. I therefore very earnestly request you to help me in getting my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
