[Resolved] Idea Cellular — out going calls validity expired

My incoming and out going calls validity expired. How can i get it back? I am also not able to contact customer care. It's says can't connect as validaty is expired. I have recharged my number with recharge of 10 rupee it still same. I don't whether i got any warning message from idea about their action. Could you please let me know the process to sort out it?
