Dear Team,
I am idea user my mobile no is [protected]. Recently I was just intract with your cc mr Arun regarding my outgoing barring.he was not able to give proper reason when I asked him to transfer call to escalation or floor supervisor he reply supervisor is not available on the floor which is showing pathetic service.
Request you to check and take necessary action against defaulted which impacting on customer service.
