[Resolved] Idea Cellular — outgoing calls and messages barred

Idea has blocked my account i can't call or message anybody
I don't understand why, i have balance in my account i regularly keep recharging my idea number still they have barred service of outgoing calls on my number
My number is [protected] maharastra & goa sim

Please help me
When i called them they asked me to recharge with bigger packs like 3 months to keep the service, i am a customer it's my sole right to choose service provider which i think i want.
I always keep recharging my idea number in every 10-15 days still they barred my outgoing and message services. I can't talk to anyone now
