I'm very sorry to inform you that i'm dissatisfied by your service.
In feb, i saw deduction in my balance. Initially i ignored the messages due to my busy schedule. I called customer care i was informed that i have subscribed something which wasn't true.in frustration i urged to activate dnd (Which i had already done). Even after dnd i don't know how they've activated it and again deduction in my balance took place.
I cannot call the customer care though my outgoing is not active.
I don't understand how their system everytime activates any service without consulting the customer and deduct a penny.
Hence, i want
1. Activation of my outgoing services.
2. Activation of dnd.
3. Deducted amounts because i've not subscribed anything till date.
