[Resolved] Idea Cellular — outgoing services / warning messages | |||
I am one of the idea cellular subscriber, using pre-paid connection since one year. Recently i have been receiving messages from idea your outgoing / incoming will be stopped, if you are not recharge within the particular period and some amount will be recovered from your balance available to continue your services. What is this non-scence creating by telecom providers. Is there any option / facility given by trai for stopping services even i have sufficient balance in my account. Is it compulsory to recharge even i have balance and telecom service provider can recover amount from the service receiver account to continue services. Please let me know is there any provision / option / facility / authority given by trai for their blackmailing for getting revenue from customers unnecessarily to enable me to continue with the service provider.
