[Resolved] Idea Cellular — over billing for month of december 2018

Idea company has charged bill of Rs 7200 approx for my international roaming. I have not used service of that much amount for sure and I have screen shots of this call longs also. I called customer care so many times. Also mail them but they are saying charges are proper. I send them screen shot also. Not able to understand how this big amount they charged ?
