[Resolved] Idea Cellular — overcharging of bill

Pl note I have submitted complaint regarding overcharging of postpaid monthly bill twice & my request was cancelled twice regardless of my detailed e mail regarding the matter. I had ported from loop to idea .my 1 st bill was of 1333/_. I used 746 mb for 21 days.I was entitled for 700 mb free as per porting plan. Bill should have included only 46 mb charge that comes to 250/_ wheras I was charged 1055 for net charges. Instead of repeated reminders no solution from idea for this matter.
