Idea Cellular — Painful treatment of idea cellular | |
Hello sir/ madam, Idea cellular representative call me when I have applied for postpaid to prepaid migration and convince me with discount in bill so that I should not migrate to prepaid. I have refused for the offer and asked him to convert it to prepaid.He accepted the same and inform me it will be done within 24 hrs.It had happened twice in same month.But till this moment my request is not considered instead of that I got message of bill pending.I have proof of bills which I have paid in excess as per pro rata basis.
