[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — pathetic and poor service from idea

Hello Team

I am not liable to any payment to idea. It was happened due to Idea 's worst service and support.

Please tell me the answers which i have asked several times over email and phone call as well.

Idea services were not up to mark between Jan-18 to March-18 and there were more than 16 complaints raised and none of the resolution was provided by idea.You can find my lots of emails regarding Idea's worst and pathetic service or you have to be in touch with your customer care team.Your customer team has closed all the tickets neither my consent nor any solution provided.

I already told earlier that i am unable to pay any outstanding to Idea. for that i have already informed to consumer body for this problems.

Apart from this, Idea had suggested following steps however no improvement seen for said problem.:- -New SIM card been taken & I had changed two handsets

-Who is going to bear expense for new handset which i bought & other service provider charges because due to Idea's network problem ?

- When does Idea compensate this expense ?

Note: My feedback for Idea is, very very poor (0/10).

Now onwards please do not send any email or any notification to me for payment.

I really don't understand Idea 's culture. I am talking about from Jan-18 to March-18 not only for a single complain.Please refer the list of complaints which were raised for our problem.I clearly remember that there were more than 16 tickets. No resolution was provided for raised tickets and all had been closed with my due agreement. Even i told to Idea people/customer care that problem is not resolved however they closed all.

Till the time I didn't get any reply from asked questions. i will not pay any single rupee to idea and Idea and idea people is responsible for this problem because they never understand customer's problem and queries and due to that we have bare a lot in terms of money as well.

Will you please check the reason behind this problem ? why are not looking at your problem ? Why are you telling to customer regarding payment due ?

I won't attend this unless and until i get all my answers.I don't want this number: [protected] already I confirmed from my end long back

Idea Cellular (Aditya Birla Group) is out there now to levy charges using unethical means and least bothered about clients loyalty . I think since they have lost out to JIO due to their customer friendly packs, they are using all kinds o[censored]nethical means. (cheating on clients) that too who have been associated since past several years with multiple nos . Last month I was billed 800 Rs stating I have used internet . After much deliberation they said the data pack was on hence I was charged whereas I never opted for the data plan . Post which they said they shall give 300 Rs discount and I have to pay balance which I relentlessly agreed as I did not wish to drag on . However they betrayed the confidence shown on them by adding that discounted amount in this months bill stating this was this months usage, whereas their manager had told that he has immediately discontinued the data service on my escalation .
It is a real blot in the name of Aditya Birla . I shall disconnect all my number from Idea and also ask my organisation which has corporate connection of idea to move to other service provider .
Aditya Birla is worst .
