I am not liable to any payment to idea. It was happened due to Idea 's worst service and support.
Please tell me the answers which i have asked several times over email and phone call as well.
Idea services were not up to mark between Jan-18 to March-18 and there were more than 16 complaints raised and none of the resolution was provided by idea.You can find my lots of emails regarding Idea's worst and pathetic service or you have to be in touch with your customer care team.Your customer team has closed all the tickets neither my consent nor any solution provided.
I already told earlier that i am unable to pay any outstanding to Idea. for that i have already informed to consumer body for this problems.
Apart from this, Idea had suggested following steps however no improvement seen for said problem.:- -New SIM card been taken & I had changed two handsets
-Who is going to bear expense for new handset which i bought & other service provider charges because due to Idea's network problem ?
- When does Idea compensate this expense ?
Note: My feedback for Idea is, very very poor (0/10).
Now onwards please do not send any email or any notification to me for payment.

It is a real blot in the name of Aditya Birla . I shall disconnect all my number from Idea and also ask my organisation which has corporate connection of idea to move to other service provider .
Aditya Birla is worst .
