Since 3 months I have been requesting them to cancel deactivate my services but their retention team is trying to retain by giving fake offers but till date no waiver is given and they are literally forcing to pay bill every month.

They are not honouring my address change request also since 3 months each and every time they reject without any reason, without uninforming the customer.

They really horrible in service delivery.

Updated by Laila17 Such a worst telecom company which I have never seen. They know all the tactics how to collect more money through bill.

Idea service very bad when I tried to change my postpaid card to prepaid.
For making postpaid their agent visited my home but to convert it to prepaid they are giving all fake reason.
No helping agents at agencies all are arrogant employee of idea. I have tried all agency from magarpatta, hadpsar to bhekarai nagar pune. All are lying and giving fake reason when trying to convert postpaid to prepaid.

Fraud people.
