My series of complaints piling since 25 days :
1. I requested for change to prepaid from postpaid.. Over customer care and personal visit to the idea hub... Every time i am being asked to do a different process which has wasted about 20 days... Even now my request has not been processed.
In an era of such high speed processes, where even portability is managed smoothly, conversion from postpaid to prepaid in same company is taking such a long time.
2. After all done, i received a call yesterday that my existing card would stop functioning for 2 days to activate new card. Being a doctor, having intensive practice, i informed them that i and my patients cannot afford to have my phone services disrupted for 48 hrs. If at all needed, they may disrupt at night time.
Inspite of my strong refusal regarding disruption of phone call services, they have deactivated my phone since yesterday morning.
I am totally disconnected with my work and family.
I strongly condemn this ineffective and inconsiderate attitude and request appropriate action to be taken.
And of course, it goes implied, that following this displeasing experience, i shall change my mobile services to another provider. Was this information helpful? |
