Idea Cellular — payment is not refunded since last 4 months without providing service | |||
we have Registered for Idea broadband connection and paid full fees of 2667 INR towards Idea broadband on 7th of March, 2015.coverage Testing team told us that connection is not possible and then its was deregistered/cancelled. Now its almost four month, after number of calls to Idea Cusomer care and many escalations, they have not initiating my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
