I ported out my number from idea to airtel after paying advance amount, now bill generated on due date shows amount 117.35/- is due to pay which I am ready to pay but I am unable to pay bill via idea app or idea website as both are not accepting my number, I tried to mail to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com but all the time I got reply " Your mail may not be registered please mention valid mobile number. Now if they are not accepting my number how can I pay because my number is not in their database now. Please advise and suggest how can I pay bill after porting out from idea my number is [protected]
