Hi team,
I have raised a request to close the broadband connection on dec 14th 2016 to customer care as i am leaving pune. Cc representative has informed us that it will be done in 4 days and advised us to leave city by removing the connection and keep the wire outside.
Later 3 bills were generated even though there is no usage. Attached the screenshot for the same. On the other hand one of the customer care representative today claimed that there is usage in these 3 months and the other says it is not possible to retrieve data before the month of april 2017. I dont know whom to believe. I have both the recordings.
I have all the proofs, 3 bills with 0 usage information, recordings of the closure request, details of my shifting from pune to bangalore.
Request you to stop legal procedure and provide me noc.
