[Resolved] Idea Cellular — payment related call centre calls, ivr calls and text messages

I have, this month, received the following communications :

1. 8 voice calls from customer service
2. 6 ivr messages
3. 6 sms messages

All of these asking me to pay my bill on time. And atleast 3 smses & 3 calls came to me after i made the payment & i had the payment confirmation from idea.

If idea cellular can look at their records, i haven't missed a single bill in the last year (At least).

So many reminders is quite simply annoying & irritating. Plus my number is on dnd. Please stop all these reminders - unless i actually delay payment.

.Content of call/SMS (Mandate)
.Number from which call/SMS received (Mandate)
.Request you that if you get SMS in future please raise complaint through Idea website or may call on 1909 DND helpline number.
