I have contacted the Idea customer care on the same day of compliant and their response was very unsatisfactory.
Also, when confronted that no call or confirmation was given by me, they were very adamant that it has been done from my side and I will have to bear the cost for this. One customer care executive even went on saying that it is an one time charge and will not happen in future. It shows that company doesn't value the customer compliants and these are very small amount to complaint.
Only bright side is that i received a message from Idea cellular today after sending the meesage again that the compliant has been registered. It is yet to be seen how much time it will actually take to resolve.
