My name is munesh tripathi and number [protected]. I am having idea postpaid number since dec 2014.
Recently, i have changed my existing plan after looking at these plans as attached in image and shared by idea representative in my company.
My net data was closed on saturday 20th, 2017 and when i called idea cc, they told me that they don\’t know the issue and registered the complaint (C1-[protected]) and came know on monday 22nd 2017 that it’s exceeded the max limit o[censored]sage (1 gb) and more utilization. But in the plan it mentioned 10 gb for month for 2g/3g/4g.
Now when i visited to idea store to convert from postpaid to prepaid they are saying to wait till the bill generation that in 4th june 2017 by paying bill amount and excess usage of net data.
My concern are,
1. Why will i wait for bill generation till 4th june 2017 to convert it to prepaid and who will pay the rental for these 12 days.
2. Why will i pay extra amount for excess usage of net data if i had promised to get 10 gb of data.
I have sent email to customer care of scan image of corporate plan on 22nd may 2017 at 2:50 pm shared by idea representative but no response.
I wanted to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid asap.
Please check and provide me the resolution.
