Dear Sir,
Its further to Police Complaint Acknowledgement No. 41/17 dt. 18.01.17, I received a call from [protected] at 11.23 am on 17.01.17 where she said we are calling from bank online reward points department and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of transferring my reward points from payback account to my credit card directly. As I did have Rs. 4, 886 worth of points in my payback points, I assumed it is a genuine call and I gave the card number and she asked the CVV & OTP. I checked my SMS and there were 2 transactions of Rs.4, 800 done by then and they disconnected the call.
I immediately checked with the ICICI customer care and they mentioned it was fraud call and asked me to raise a police complaint as I had disclosed my CVV and OTP. I have currently blocked my card. I tried to contact that person but the mobile no. comes switched off.
Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.
