[Resolved] Idea Cellular — poor 3g and 4g network

I am living in house no 587-m, sector-21, panchkula, haryana. I am using idea since last 2 years and i am paying for 4 g services but i am not even able to get 3g signal in my home. I am only able to use 2g service inside my home. If i want to use 3g or 4g service i have to stand outside my home.
This is not expected from a leading company like idea, i have been hearig excuses since a long time now bu there is no improvement in quality of signal, the website of idea cellular is showing good signal in the area but that is absolutely fake.
