[Resolved] Idea Cellular — poor behaviour of c. care person and shorten validity of recharged amount of 252 rupees | |||
Sir/mam, 1) just now i hv called idea customer care via 198 at 2.59. Pm on 6th may 2018 regarding recharge of rs 252. I requeated the c. Care person to provide a ref. Id for this conversation via sms. But he cut the call in meanwhile. Showing a poor behaviour. Ref. Id also not given after end of the call. 2) i hv recharged an amount of 252 rupees on this no. For the benifit of 51 days @2gb. Daily. After checking this offer by dialing *121# Only i confirmed and recharged. But after recharge it is showing 35 days instead of 51days So plz help me regarding this Mob no - [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
