[Resolved] Idea Cellular — poor customer service-to change postpaid to prepaid

My mobile no is [protected]. I am a senior citizen with certain old age health issues. I had approached your idea office at mavoor road kozhikode and also edappally, ernakulam for converting my postpaid connection to prepaid. They asked me to come on bill date.in this digital age where uptodate bill will be available in their computers, why are they asking me to come on bill dates. Please give instructions to your staff to help me with my problem.
