They always activate any service they want to activate on their coustomers account. And when you call them, their answer would be you had activated this. This time i went to idea store for changing my sim bacause it was not working. So i went their got my sim recharged. They said it will be activated in 2 hours. It was not activated, next day again i went their, then they replied that a vas service is activate on your account due to this your account balance is low now i recharged my account and asked them to deactivate all vas on my account, they made it and said your balance will not be deducted in future. Then i recharged my account again and got my sim activated after 3 hours as they told me., i said that's fine. Then, i just opened whatsapp on my mobile because my mobile account sim was not working from 15 days, during the time it was downloading msg. I got another msg from idea about another vas service has been activated on your account. Even i did not open any browser or clicked any add. I called customer care no. They picked my call no greeeting nothing. After listening their chit chat for 5 seconds, i started the conversation, i told that guy the thing happened. But he argued and start telling me that you had done this you activate the services, customer service center don't have any rights to deactivate any vas services bla bla blah, they will not even tell you their name even when you asked for it. More over this that guy cut the phone from his side. This is the kind of service idea is providing to their customer very cheap and pathetic. Cheating people for[protected] bucks.
