[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Port no not working

I have idea mobile no., i am trying to port sim to another network but PORT message not sending to 1900. I can send message to any no. but 1900. It is like network is blocking my message to 1900. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)
Oct 29, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I have revieved call from vi and they told me to make a recharge pf more than ₹ 128. So I recharged it and the message has been send. But I dont know why I am able to send mesaages to other numbers. Even the customer care executive dont have answer for. Thanks for considering and resolving my complaints so early. Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
