Idea Cellular — Ported sim from Vodafone to IDEA not activated

Sir i have ported my mobile number [protected] from vodafone to IDEA. I was given time of its activation also. But still its not activated. I am currently in roaming. Not able to recharge or call any customer care also. Please look into this. I have ported it in Andhra Pradesh and am now in Karnataka.

I am not able to call 59059. I have no balance in my number( am in roaming)and am unable to recharge also. So how I should complete the tele-verification process.
