This is the fourth time I am raising porting request to get out of IDEA. Such a horrible service you provide to customers.
I am not using postpaid but still I am paying bill from January this year, tried to change to prepaid but the store people are least responsible in helping out.
Now I am fed up and raised a porting request on[protected], still now my number is not released and I am being asked to raise a request again. After waiting for 23 mins on line your customer care executive disconnected my call.
After paying outstanding amount only I raised port request, How many times should I do that. Such disgusting service you provide ??
I want my number to be released immediately, I do not want to raise again, If you are not processing I am not going to pay your bills (as I am not using it anyway).
MY DAD IS AN ADVOCATE AND I CAN VERY WELL POST A CASE IN CONSUMER COURT FOR THIS TORTURE IF YOU ARE NOT RELEASING MY NUMBER TO AIRTEL. Was this information helpful? |
