[Resolved] Idea Cellular — porting not process and mentally harass | |||||
Dear sir, idea cellular not ready to process my 4 idea postpaid no. To jio after all payment done three times. [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] There executive send my port request to waiver by there own system and mail me that i opt for waiver. Jio person two times process the request and waste there sim cards. No idea executive, senior and even apellete authority help to port. I make near about 30-40 times calls and request on 198 but they said that they cant help, i also mention the reason for port, sometime they said that payment is not enough, some time they said that due to govt. Code of conduct port rejected automatically and i receive the message of waiver. This is happening from last 13 days. After making all the payment of extra two months they really too much mentally harresses me. Please help me. My time and money both are going to waste because of wrong practice and policies of idea.
