I have call customer care with my no. [protected] which is idea no. on date 25.06.16 for stopping service of my another no. [protected] which was not required by me. your customer care has told me that no. will closed by going to idea show room on date of billing cycle i. e. 04-05.07.16.
I have visited your showroom at phase 5 mohali and asked them to close my no. first they were not ready to do then they have taken my id proof with my signature and told me that they have sent r4equest for closure and will inform me my bill on my another no. i. e. [protected].
Till date i have not received any thing from them. today when i have called customer care they told me my no. is active and required to go to idea show room and will have to pay the rent of 10 days rs 800, (rs 580 last month bill and addition to that my 10 days rent) which i have not used as i have thrown my sim on date 04.07.16 after giving application to your show room.
Is that your service procedure to mentally torture your customer as customer has taken your postpaid no. seeing your service. no customer service from you as we are not getting proper signal and not able to get proper 3g/4g
I am ready to pay your last bill but paying any other rent is not correct as your showroom has told me the they have forwarded my closure request on date 04.07.16.
