[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Post to pre migration of idea cell | |||||
Dear sir/madam. This is dilip kumar andey a customer of idea iwant to bring some facts to ur notice iam using postpaid connection of this network since last 4years and the no# is [protected] and i had given for prepaid migration on 12/6/2017 and the customercare executive told me that sla time is 4 working days. Iam a kidney transplant patient so i clearly mentioned him that i have only one no and it is given to doctors and emergency purpose so he told no worries sir it will done by 17/6/2017 and i comeback and waiting for 17th but on 15th og and ic were stoped and a mail came from customercare that the no will be migrated very soon so iam waiting for 17th but it was not activated on that day 18th is sunday so i waited for monday 19th but same thing it was not activated so on19 th i wrote a mail to customercare and the team replaced that the issue resolved on 23/6/2017 11.45.46 am so i waited for 23rd and on that time also not activated so again i given a mail to customercare they replied that the closure time is same 23rd so iam waited and 23rd gone but the no not activated so again i mailed to customercare several times but no reply from customercare till now. Iam also complaint to appellate authority through mail but their also no response. Iam attaching the mail copy of idea customercare which comes last response from their side on 23/6/2017. So i request u to look into the matter and resolve my issue today as iam a patient i suffered a lot this the last time iam mailing i hope u understand.. Thank you. Dilip kumar andey.... Dear mr.
