[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Postpaid activation. Fraudulent? | |||
Hi, I got a call representing idea. She offered me postpaid plan for 399 or 349 (Not sure). The sim card got delivered. And it was not yet activated. And the lady is not answering my calls. I mean what is going on?? Is this fraud? Please revert asap. Before i provide with fraud charges. This is insane. I dont wanted to start the relationship with you guys in such a way. It shows your irresponsibility. I am not sure whom to contact now. Hope you would at least respond to this. Or i need to file a complaint to your headquaters. Thank you!
