Respected Sir/Madam,
My name is rajeev rs. I did have two idea postpaid numbers and two idea prepaid numbers.
My two postpaid numbers are [protected] and [protected]. I have recently, on June 2 or 3rd 2014 changed on of my postpaid number to prepaid number. That number is [protected]. When closing the postpaid bill, the representative lady asked me to pay the entire amount which is shown on the site in my account, which is 1170. I have taken i-plan 199 that time and i have availed internet plan included in this plan provided by idea. In the account usually because of internet plan, it shows the total usage in rupees and that will reflect in the total amount. But at the end of the month, those usages will be deducted or calculated according to the internet plan or the customer plan which the individual had and that amount will be deducted from our account and the bill amount will be added to our account.
As I am changing from postpaid to prepaid, the representative lady said that I have no option for that and I had to pay the whole amount reflected in the account and the amount will be credited to my prepaid once the bill is generated. I talked to the customer care and they said that the extra amount I payed will be sent to me as cash cheque to my address.
It will be very helpful if you could credit the extra amount I paid to my idea prepaid account. The details are given below.
