[Resolved] Idea Cellular — postpaid connection issue. cheated me with wrong postpaid plans | |||
Hi, 3 months back, i had taken idea post paid connection. We have idea desk at my office and they sold me one post paid number. Plan is 499 and they said i would get daily 2 gb data along with unlimited local and std calls as it is a corporate plan. I submitted all required documents and waited 7 days to activate the connection. After so many calls they activated my number. Very first day i made one phone call and i consumed 600 mb data. Next day, i got a message about idea bill. It's 600+ rs. I was shocked and called customer care. They said as per my plan (499), i would get only 5gb per month. So i requested to terminate my connection as i would not get sufficient data. They denied and told me to visit store to terminate the connection. They started calling me every day and irritating me about post paid bill but they were not terminating the connection. I never used that sim card again. I used it only one day (600 mb data+ one phone call) One day i got a call from some sa associates and he started abusing me. Now i got a notice from them and it is stated that if i don't pay the bill of 1238 along with tax they will initiate legal proceedings. I'm ready to pay the amount but why they were not concerning about my complaints. Why they did not take any action on their sales person for giving me wrong information. Please help on this.
