[Resolved] Idea Cellular — postpaid plan change by mobile operator | |||
I am using idea postpaid no. Idea cellular since last more than 10 yrs having 3 nos.in my family and recently applied one new no.in jan 19 out of these 2 nos are having on arp plan and i paid amount rs.749/- each total rs.1498/- in dec 18 monthly bill i. E. Upto nov 2019. Recently i had applied for new no.in nirvana 299 plan but the idea person called (No. [protected] and [protected]) changed my existing arp plan without my confirmation for both existing two nos. I already send emails to customer care several times and called the same person but not responded the same. Now idea is telling that we had closed the arp plan and not restored yet the same. If so then idea has to refund or adjust the amount of rs.1498/-. Today i received a call and got only rs.250/- waver request on one no. Only out of 1498/-. This happened with me and you also if you are the long time customer of the same operator like me. Be care full when you receive a call from mobile operation "if you wish to get any new no.???_ calling... From mobile... Operator..." Was this information helpful? | |||
