Idea Cellular — postpaid security amount not refunded

I had two postpaid Idea numbers: [protected] and[protected] under the name of Ruben Sharma.
It has been 4 months since I have closed the numbers but I have not received my security deposit amount back.
Please resolve this issue.

I have already submitted a complaint on this platform but there has been no response. Call me on [protected] on weekdays for any info.
