Hello i am a user of idea service i migrate my number post to pre without completing 90 days the store executive says me your deposit will not be refund because you migrate within 90 day.
What it's true no, no condition is considered when i get postpaid connection. After conversation with customer care executive they says we have no details about your security money please contact to store but i have no recipts for deposite please solve the problem as soon as possible.

As per our recent communication, we've informed you that you'll receive the security deposit amount on your registered billing address post 60 days once your number is permanently disconnected.
