मैंने आईडिया का पोस्टपेड कनेक्शन लिया था जिसका नंबर [protected] था, यह कनेक्शन मैंने प्रीपेड में परिवर्तित करा लिया, मुझसे पोस्टपेड कनेक्शन देते समय Rs 300/ सिक्योरिटी मनी ली गयी थी, परन्तु आज 2 साल हो गए, मुझे मेरी सिक्योरिटी मनी के रूप में ली गयी धनराशि वापस नहीं की गयी, स्थानीय कस्टमर सेंटर द्वारा बार बार कहा जाता है कि आपके प्रीपेड अकाउंट में में यह धनराशि आ जाएगी, लेकिन कोई धनराशि नहीं आयी, कृपया मुझे मेरी धनराशि वापस करने का कष्ट करे
