[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Postpaid to prepaid conversion pathetic service

I have applied for postpaid to prepaid conversion. First they received all my outstanding balance and they said 2 days your mobile no will be deactivated. But now more than 8 days my SIM has no service. If I contact, customer care they asked to contact prepaid customer care. If I contact prepaid care, they said to contact showroom. Showroom not picking phone. Very pathetic service. My no [protected]
