[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Postpaid to prepaid migration

I have applied to migrate postpaid to prepaid connection on 9th of April 2016. My mobile network was disconnected on 12 Apr 2016 afternoon 12.30 pm. Till now prepaid sim is not activated.
